How to Grant Collaborator Access to Convercy Support

To help us investigate and resolve issues more efficiently, please provide your Shopify store domain and Collaborator Code. Once we receive this information, we will send a collaborator access request to your store.

Why Does Convercy Need Collaborator Access?​

Collaborator access allows our support team to:

  • Review your Convercy configuration directly in Shopify
  • Investigate storefront and theme-related issues
  • Verify settings and identify the root cause faster
  • Apply fixes when necessary without requiring your login credentials

How to Share Your Collaborator Code​

Step 1: Open Shopify Admin​

Log in to your Shopify Admin.

Step 2: Go to Users​

Navigate to: Settings → Users

Step 3: Open Security Settings​

Click Security.

Step 4: Find the Collaborators Section​

Under Store security, locate the Collaborators section.

Step 5: Copy the Collaborator Code​

Click the displayed 4-digit code to copy it.

Step 6: Send the Information to Convercy Support​

Please send us:

  • Your Shopify store domain (for example: your-store.myshopify.com)
  • Your 4-digit Collaborator Code

After receiving these details, we will send a collaborator access request to your store.

Step 7: Approve the Collaborator Request​

Once you receive our collaborator request:

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Open the pending collaborator request
  3. Review the requested permissions
  4. Click Accept request

Is Collaborator Access Safe?​

Yes. Collaborator access is managed entirely by Shopify.

  • We do not need your Shopify password.
  • You can review permissions before approving access.
  • You can remove collaborator access at any time from your Shopify Admin.
