Which permissions do I need to provide for support team to check issues related to currencies and languages? I am using Shopify Markets

To further check on your problem, kindly give me access to your store by creating a Staff account following the below steps:

  1. Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permissions >> Add Staff
  2. Enter the first name (Convercy), the last name (Support), and an email address ([email protected])
  3. Choose at least the following permissions (which allows us to check Markets and Currency settings), Themes (with the ability to edit Theme code), and App permissions

  1. Click "Send invite" to send the invitation to us.
