Which permissions do I need to provide for support team to check issues related to currencies and languages? I am using Shopify Markets
To further check on your problem, kindly give me access to your store by creating a Staff account following the below steps:
- Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permissions >> Add Staff
- Enter the first name (Convercy), the last name (Support), and an email address ([email protected])
- Choose at least the following permissions (which allows us to check Markets and Currency settings), Themes (with the ability to edit Theme code), and App permissions

- Click "Send invite" to send the invitation to us.
