Payment

  • Since our apps use Shopify's payment system, we must follow Shopify's billing and payment policies. Please refer to Shopify's documentation for more details.
  • If you experience any issues related to billing or payments, please contact the Shopify Support team as soon as possible. You may also notify us at [email protected].
  • For plan upgrades or downgrades during a billing cycle, Shopify handles prorated charges automatically. You will not be charged twice for the same billing period.

Refund

Please note that by approving a Shopify app charge, you agree to our Terms of Service. App charges are generally non-refundable unless they meet the refund eligibility criteria outlined below.

Conditions to apply for a refund

A refund request may be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have contacted our support team and clearly described the issue.
  • The issue falls within the scope of our Support Policy.
  • You have cooperated with the troubleshooting process and followed the support guidelines.

Refund requests may be rejected if

Refund requests may not be approved under the following circumstances:

  • You decide not to use the app after the free trial period or determine that the app does not fit your needs.
  • The reported issue is outside the scope of our Support Policy.
  • You did not contact our support team before requesting a refund.
  • You cannot provide sufficient evidence, such as screenshots or details of the issue.
  • You do not provide the required staff or collaborator access needed for investigation.
  • You repeatedly install and uninstall the app and then request refunds.
  • You repeatedly submit the same refund request after a decision has been made.
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
  • You installed the wrong app by mistake and request a refund after the charge was approved.
  • The charge relates to usage-based fees or top-up credits that have already been consumed.
